Artie is the town’s overly enthusiastic middle school gym teacher who treats every scouting badge like an Olympic trial. While he takes the physical challenges incredibly seriously, his soft spot for the misfits means he spends most of his time helping scouts engineer legal loopholes for the Pinewood Derby. He is never seen without his trusty silver whistle, though he rarely blows it.

Miss Brenda is the local library clerk who reluctantly keeps the pack from getting kicked out of the regional council. She manages the extremely tight pack budget with an iron fist, constantly inventing bizarre fundraising schemes like the "Wiggly Swamp Honey Bake Sale." Despite her stern, by-the-books exterior, she secretly loves the chaos and keeps a hidden stash of emergency candy for homesick campers.

Billie is a former crop duster pilot who views scouting as the ultimate training ground for life's unexpected turbulence. Easily spotted by her aviator sunglasses and oil-stained uniform patch, she is fiercely protective of her ragtag pack and values wild imagination over strict rule-following. Billie doesn't care if a knot is ties perfectly, as long as it holds the cardboard spaceship together.
