Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pack0 ("Pack0", "we") collects through this website, our text messaging program, and our automated assistant, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you fill out our interest form or contact us, you may share information such as a parent or guardian's name, email address, and mobile phone number, your child's first and last name, grade, rank, or den, and any notes or questions you type. We collect only what you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, coordinate visits and events, and help your family get started with Pack0. We may send you email or, with your consent, text messages about our activities. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we use your phone number only for Pack0 communications such as reminders, invitations, and onboarding. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP or contact us for help. Message and data rates may apply. The messaging providers that deliver our texts may process your number to deliver messages but may not use it for their own marketing.

Cookies and return visits

This site uses a small number of first-party cookies and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. One essential cookie protects the forms you submit. If you fill out our interest form or open a personalized link from one of our emails, this site may also set a return-visit cookie: a signed, random identifier (never your name or contact details) that lets our leaders see that your family visited our site again. It stays on this site only, lasts up to 13 months, and is never shared with advertisers or outside analytics providers. If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, the return-visit cookie is not set and no return visits are recorded. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to this site.

Service providers

This site and our communications run on the MemberCairn platform and use established email, messaging, and hosting providers. These providers process information only to deliver the service to us.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as it is needed to respond to you and support your family's participation. You may ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Our communications are with parents and guardians. We do not knowingly communicate directly with children or collect information from them through this site.
